First, the kids need to draw a spider web. Then you paint one of their palms black and stick it to the paper, leaving a nice four-legged print. Take care not to paint the thumbs or you’ll end up with more legs than you need!
Re-apply the paint and leave another print pointing to the other side. Lastly, stick on the eyes (I used stickers, but wiggly eyes would work GREAT for this). I also had my 5 year-olds cut zig zags around the edge of the paper. As most of them aren’t very good at cutting yet, the result was very “halloweeny”.
